For one very special evening, Smile Hi and common SENSE™ - a Surrey Hills candle brand combining scent with breathwork and sound - are bringing together two of our favourite ways to switch off from the noise of everyday life.
You’ll settle down for a beautiful live sound bath while the room is filled with irini, a Mediterranean-inspired blend of fig, rosemary and bergamot.
irini means peace in Greek and was created to transport you somewhere warmer, slower and calmer. Rosemary and bergamot essential oils bring freshness, clarity and calm, while fig adds that gorgeous, warm Mediterranean feeling.
Every common SENSE candle unlocks either guided breathwork or a soundscape, and for this special evening we’re taking irini’s Mediterranean soundscape out from beneath the candle lid and bringing it into the room, weaving it through the live sound bath.
All you need to do is lie back, breathe, listen and let the scent and sound do their thing.
A sound bath you can smell.
A scent you can hear.
