Floating Sound Bath - Ascot

The ever so popular Smile Hi Sound Healing, Floating Sound Bath is back. This time in Ascot!

Join me at The Marist School for a series of Floating Sound Bath sessions. The perfect way to end your week, floating weightlessly upon warm water on a double inflatable mattress, listening to vibrational tones, restoring your mind, body and soul.

This 1 hour Floating Sound Bath session provides transformative and restorative sound, combining the deep vibrations of the Himalayan Singing Bowls and Gong with the soothing presence of water. Acting as a conductor, the vibrations from the instruments resonate through the water allowing the sound waves to penetrate the body.

This theraputic experience can help to reduce stress and promote well-being whilst giving you a break from day-to-day life and the constant presence of technology.

PLEASE NOTE

* Session is 1 hour long (7.00pm - 8.00pm). Please arrive 15 minutes before (6.45pm) to allow plenty of time for changing and boarding your float. Latecomers will be refused entry after 6.55pm.

* This is a non-refundable event so please make sure you can definitely attend when you book. However, your space can be gifted to a friend if you're unable to attend.

* Participants are required to have basic swimming confidence.

* All participants should come ready for the session. There are separate male and female changing rooms to leave your belongings in and to dry your feet and legs afterwards.

* Luxury double air mattresses will be provided 

Suggested attire

- Swimming costume (with loose clothing over the top to make you feel comfortable, your legs will get wet up to your knees)

Please also bring

- An eye mask - not essential but recommended

- Small pillow/folded towel for your head - a personal choice

- Light blanket

- Socks to put on once you're on the float

- Water bottle for a drink afterwards
