AERIAL Sound Bath @ Heckfield Memorial Hall

I'm so excited to be finally bringing Aerial Sound Baths to you all.

This idea was born over a year ago when I purchased a single frame and sling for my private studio. The feedback was amazing, and so I decided I simply had to make it work as a group session.

This is your opportunity to be one of the first Aerial Sling Sound Bathers before I launch fully in 2027.

I'll be running 2 sessions on the 6th December with a break in between. Simply choose which session suits you best, and book your sling.

Instructions and help will be given when you arrive about how to get in and out of the sling, and there is a useful video on my Instagram which also shows you 'how to'!
