Smith Rock Ranch Field Trip Reservations for 2025 

All field trips must be booked online this year.

We will be taking field trip bookings for the 2025 season starting September 1st 2025 through October 30th 2025. 

If your group is to large to fit in one timeslot (100 child maximum) please book an additional timeslot for the remaining kids in your group. 

Field Trip Information:

• (Preschool- 3rd grade)
• Dates: Tuesdays-Thursdays September 30th-October 30th 2025
• Time slots available between: 9am-12pm (Please allow 1-1.5 hours per field trip.
• Cost: $12 per Student/siblings over 2yrs
  
• Teachers & Chaperones: Free
• Minimum Group fee: $240
• Minimum Group Attendance: 20 Students

Field Trip Activities:

• Petting Zoo
• Pumpkin Picking
• Zoo Train
• Small Corn Maize
• Hay Maize
• Storytime (Fun information about agriculture)

Check in on Day of Field Trip:

• Please arrive 5 minutes before your timeslot to ensure that you are ready and on time for your reserved timeslot.
• When your group arrives please have reservation receipt (printed or on someone's phone) ready to show to the check in attendant.
  
• Please split your class into groups of 20 if your class is larger than 20. There are only 20 spots available on the zoo train therefore, we have to limit group sizes to 20 children.
• Every activity takes about 15 minutes
• We will assign an order of activities once your groups are checked in.
