They provide support for men experiencing mental health challenges, social isolation, loneliness and life difficulties through counselling, peer support, wellbeing programmes and community activities. Their aim is to help men improve their mental, physical and emotional wellbeing while creating stronger connections within their communities.

Every ticket sold and every player taking part helps Men Matter Scotland continue this vital work and reach more men who need support.
