Important Information:

• Ticketing Policy: Each person entering the Snow4Kids Festival requires a valid ticket. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult carer holding a valid ticket. Children 12 months of age and under are free with an adult carer holding a valid ticket.
• Session Information: Each session now runs for an extended 80 minutes. Ensure you arrive at least 5 minutes before your selected time. Session changes are at the discretion of event management with a minimum 48-hour notice.
• Attire: Please wear suitable non-slip footwear and appropriate clothing. No thongs or slides allowed.
• Medical Conditions: Do not attend if you have pre-existing medical conditions that could be worsened by attending a snow event . Snow is wet and slippery.
