SOAR Social Club, Missouri - Participant 18+

We are launching a SOAR Social Club in Missouri!!! In partnership with Oakwood Baptist Church, SOAR Social Club will meet on the 1st Tuesday of each month for individuals who are 18 and older with lower support needs, who desire to build community.  We will share a meal, play games, participate in a themed activity, and socialize with friends.

Where: Oakwood Baptist Church (7600 Lee's Summit Road, Kansas City, MO 64139)

When: 1st Tuesday of each month, 6:00pm-8:30pm

Paperwork: All participants must fill out and return a Plan of Care and Consent form one week before event in order to attend Social Club. SOAR Plan of Care and Consent forms are valid for one year from the completion date. Plan of Care and Consent forms can be found HERE.

Waitlist: We have a limited number of spots available. Once the list is full you will need to sign up on the waitlist for the current Social Club. Placement on the waitlist does NOT guarantee you a spot at the next social club event. You will need to sign up again for any future social club events.
