SOAR Teen Social Club - MO - Volunteer

We are hosting a SOAR Teen Social Club -MO for individuals who are 12-17 years of age with lower support needs, who desire to build community. We will share a meal, play games, participate in a themed activity, and socialize with friends.

Where: Marian Hope Academy 
2801 SW Walnut St Blue Springs, MO 64015

When: 4th Tuesdays of each month, 6pm-8:30pm

Paperwork: All participants must fill out and return a Plan of Care and Consent form one week before event in order to attend Social Club. SOAR Plan of Care and Consent forms are valid for one year from the completion date. Plan of Care and Consent forms can be found HERE.

Waitlist: We have a limited number of spots available. Once the list is full you will need to sign up on the waitlist for the current Social Club. Placement on the waitlist does NOT guarantee you a spot at the next social club event. You will need to sign up again for any future social club events.
