SOAR Camp 2026 – “SOARing for the Cup”

Come SOAR with us for SOAR Camp 2026 – “SOARing for the Cup,” where campers will learn how God made each of us special and that we all belong on His team. Throughout the week, campers will participate in engaging activities including crafts, outdoor games, sensory experiences, story time, calming worship, missions, and more.

Time: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Campers must be 3 years old as of January 1, 2026, and there is no age limit. All diagnoses and support needs are welcome.

Cost

$499 per camper
Includes lunch and two snacks daily, one camp t-shirt, all activity costs, and any 1:1 behavioral or medical support needed.

Additional: $17.50 non-refundable registration fee per camper

Scholarship Information

Scholarships are limited and available for families demonstrating financial need. The scholarship application can be accessed HERE. Please email completed applications to info@SOARSpecialNeeds.org. Families are encouraged to register using a payment plan to secure a spot while scholarship determinations are made.

Refund Policy

Pay in Full

• Before May 1: 100% refund (minus $17.50 registration fee)
• May 1–15: 75% refund (minus $17.50 registration fee)
• May 16–31: 50% refund (minus $17.50 registration fee)
• June 1 or after: No refund

• May 1–15: 75% of amount paid (minus $50 Deposit +17.50 registration fee)
