Camp DinoSOAR Summer Day Camp has a dinosaur theme. The camp will be from 9 am-4 pm Monday through Friday July 17-21, 2023.  Campers will participate in a variety of activities throughout the day including crafts, outdoor games, sensory, story, calming worship, missions, and more. Campers must be 3 years old as of January 1, 2023, to attend camp and there is no age limit. All diagnoses and severities are welcomed! Camp dates and locations are as follows:

July 17th-22nd, Overland Park- Grace Church  8500 W 159th St. Overland Park, KS 66223

The cost is $499 per camper. The $499 Camp Fee includes lunch and two snacks each day, one camp t-shirt, and all activity costs. Each camper ticket also has an additional $17.50 non-refundable registration fee. Questions about camp please check out our FAQ page found HERE.

Payment options:    

1. Pay in full : $499 + 17.50 non refundable registration fee. 
2. Payment Plan 1 : 25% down ($124.75)+ 17.50 non refundable fee. The next 3 payments will be 25% + 3% transaction fee due on the 15th of each month, payments will be made through Venmo or our website.    June payment the balance will be due
3. Payment Plan 2 : As of Jan1, 2023 This option is not available   $50 + 17.50 all non refundable ($67.50).  The remainder of the $449 will be split into equal payments + 3% transaction fee per payment, starting the month following the initial payment to conclude the last payment on May 15th, 2023.  Following initial payment the payments will be made through Venmo or our website.  

Refund Policy:

Pay in full (one payment of $499) the Refund policy is as follows:  We provide full or partial refunds for camp depending upon the timing of the cancellation with the exception of the non-refundable booking fee. Please email info@soarspecialneeds.org for cancellations.

• Before May 1st: 100% Refund - $17.50
• May 1st-15th: 75% Refund- $17.50
• May 16th-31st: 50% Refund- $17.50
• On or after June 1st: No refund will be issued

Payment Plan Refund Policy:  We provide partial refunds for camp depending upon the timing of the cancellation with the exception of the initial payment of $50 + 17.50 booking fee. Please email info@soarspecialneeds.org for cancellations. 

• Before May 1st: 100% of paid in minus $67.50 Refund
• May 1st-15th: 75% of paid in minus $67.50 Refund
• May 16th-31st: 50% of paid in minus $67.50 Refund
• On or after June 1st: No refund will be issued

If the payment plan is not paid in full by June 1st you will forfeit your spot with no refund. If you become more than 2 months delinquent at anytime you forfeit your spot plus no refund.   A late fee of $10 a month will be added if not paid by the 15th of each month starting in November.
