We are hosting  SOAR Social Club!!! This event is for individuals who are 18 and older who are higher functioning individuals and able to function without support.  This even is to build community with our higher functioning teens and adults. This is a place where they can share a meal, play games or watch a movie. This event is $20 per participant. 

TheAugust's SOAR Social Club will be at the SOAR office (12201 W 88th Street, Lenexa, KS 66215). We are accepting only 20 participants. 

We know that socialization is a huge need for our higher functioning participants. We will be hosting more social clubs to meet as many families' need as possible.

Paperwork: All participants must fill out and return a Plan of Care and Consent form by August 7th in order to attend June's Social Club. If a Plan of Care and Consent form is not received by August 7th your spot will be given to someone else. SOAR Plan of Care and Consent forms are valid for one full year from the completion date. Plan of Care and Consent forms can be found HERE.

Cancelation Policy: If you are no longer able to attend June's Social Club and you let us know by August 7th you can still sign up for a future Social Clubs in 2023. If you cancel after August 7th you will need to wait until all families have attended a 2023 Social Club before you can attend except special considerations determined by SOAR staff.

Waitlist: We have a limited number of spots on the waitlist. Once the waitlist is full you will need to wait and sign up for August's Social Club. Placement on the waitlist does NOT guarantee you a spot at the next social club event. You will need to sign up with the general pool for any future social club events.
