Join us as we explore the possibilities of kamado style barbecuing on the Big Green Egg, giving you the knowledge and skill to try it for yourself at home. Hosted by Paul Ives from Hampshire BBQ, you’ll be learning the best way to get the most out of your kamado barbecue. From roasting, searing, smoking and baking, you'll come away with the knowledge of how best to utilise your Big Green Egg.

About Paul:
Paul is a UK ambassador for Big Green Egg and cooks outside all year round. Whether it's over charcoal, wood fire or gas, Paul is at his happiest outside in his BBQ shack, cooking up a meal for his family and friends.
