Argentine asado Masterclass with Matias Casotto aka Banquet1415

An Argentine asado masterclass and banquet led by pitmaster Matias Casotto, known as Banquet1415. Participants will be guided through the traditional techniques, rituals, and flavours of a true asado. This included fire management, meat preparation, carving, and learning about the cultural significance of the meal.
