From Commitment to Change: Race Equity in Practice

Race Equity is not an abstract concept - it is experienced every day through people’s stories, opportunities, and outcomes. This Community of Practice is designed to bring the IPS Race Equity Action Plan to life through a day of connection, learning, and practical action.

Throughout the day, participants will explore the key themes of the Race Equity Action Plan through interactive sessions and peer learning. Together, we will look at challenges, celebrate successes, and co‑create solutions that strengthen equitable practice across IPS. The focus is on hope, action, and real‑world impact - empowering everyone to contribute to more inclusive IPS services.

This COP is exclusively for Team Leaders, SESs, and Service Managers. Due to venue capacity, places are limited.
