Organised by the Society of Mediation Professionals (Singapore), this online continuing professional development event brings together 10 speakers from Singapore, Switzerland, Georgia, the Netherlands, Pakistan and Australia to explore how mediation works in sectors we don’t often hear about. Across an afternoon of short, fast-paced sessions, they share practical experience on niche areas including start-ups, SMEs, sports, criminal mediation, energy and power, state-to-state trade and tariffs, family offices, ESG and climate, dispute prevention in long-term contracts, and mediation in projects financed by international financial institutions.
