Join us for a rejuvenating morning flow led by Aaron Duncan, co-founder of Love Over Hate (LOH), known for his empowering and grounding instruction. Aaron is a well known yoga instructor and enthusiast in the Chicagoland area and is excited to bring his yogi knowledge to Solasta! Please join us for this exciting and special session!
