Army List

Armies will please be submitted to the TO (Andrew Morris) no later than 23:59 on Friday the 7th March.

The best way to submit your list is using the Warlord Games App’s export function. You can access the app here: https://app.warlordgames.com/

Alternatively list’s can be submitted via word document, please submit all lists to morris_clan1501@yahoo.co.uk

In an ideal world models will follow a What You See Is What You Get (WYSIWYG) format. However I understand that this may not always be possible. Therefore a vehicle model of the same chassis and class may be substituted* provided it is discussed and agreed with the TO (Andrew Morris) when you email your list for submission. To facilitate this when submitting your list please also provide a picture of the model you intend to substitute. In the case of small arms these can be substituted, but any changes must also be noted on list submission**.

*For example: A Sherman Firefly could reasonably be substituted as a M4A3E8 76mm Sherman. Or a BA 10 armoured car with 57mm could be substituted as a flamethrower variant. A panzer III with a 50mm medium anti tank gun could be substituted as a flammpanzer etc. Where substitutes are used you must also make it clear to your opponent when you set up.

** You can use an STG44 to represent a Kar98 but this must be made clear on both list submission and when setting up with your opponent.

Match Up’s

Game 1 will follow an Axis Vs Allies match up (insofar as this is possible).

Game 2 Will pair victors with victors and defeated with defeated from game 1.

Game 3 will follow a Swiss scoring system (i.e. matching players on the same number

of Tournament Points, in descending order).

Scenario’s

The scenarios will be as follows:

Game 1 Hold Until Relieved. Prepared positions. Table Quarters.

Game 2 Land Grab (please note there will be NO preparatory bombardment).

Game 3 Seek and Destroy. Prepared Positions. Long Table Edges.

Games will be played on tables with terrain pre set up by the TO.

Tournament points

10 points for a win

5 points for a draw

0 points for a loss

It is incredibly bad form for TO’s to win their own events.

The TO will accrue the following points.

0 points for a win

0 points for a draw

0 points for a loss

Winning the tournament

Tournament points will be tallied at the end of the last game. The player with the highest number of points is the overall event winner!

In the event of a tie between two people honours will be shared. In the extremely remarkably unlikely event that three people tie for first place then tie breakers will be determined with the amount of order dice taken.

Players placing 2nd and 3rd will be recognized. In addition the following categories will also be applied:

Most fun opponent

Most historical

Most whacky and unusual (army not opponent)

Location

Royal British Legion Portsmouth (South), PO1 1PS
