✨ What to Expect

This is a Conscious Connected Breathwork Ceremony, held within an intentionally facilitated, trauma informed space, rooted in the sacred teachings of the elements and the wisdom of the stars.

We begin with an overview of the breathwork practice followed by a guided breathwork journey set to music.

As the evening draws to a close, there will be time for integration and gentle reflection in circle.

No prior experience is necessary. All are welcome.
