Solterra Saturdays: Yoga Flow at The Galaxy

Solterra Saturdays is our outdoor wellness series at The Galaxy at Polaris, created to introduce the community to Solterra before our doors officially open.

Set in the outdoor amphitheater just steps from our future club, each gathering brings together fresh air, intentional movement, wellness experiences, refreshments, and community connection.

This Solterra Saturday will feature an outdoor Yoga Flow class designed to build mobility, balance, strength, and body awareness through intentional movement and breath. The experience will be welcoming to a range of levels, with thoughtful instruction and modifications offered throughout the class.

We are rotating Solterra instructors throughout the summer so guests can meet different members of our future studio team and experience their individual energy, teaching style, and approach to movement.

Each event will also feature a custom Solterra drink tasting inspired by the beverages we are developing for our future coffee and juice bar. Guests will have an early opportunity to sample proposed juices, wellness drinks, and other future Solterra offerings before the club opens.

Select dates may also include wellness partners and other community experiences. Participating partners and additional event details will be announced as the date approaches.

Equipment & Overflow Registration

The first 30 registered guests will have access to a Solterra mat and the class-specific equipment provided for this experience, including yoga blocks.

Due to demand, we have added a limited number of overflow tickets. Guests registering for an overflow spot must bring their own mat and any yoga blocks they may need for the class. Solterra mats and equipment cannot be guaranteed for overflow registrations.

The amphitheater is located directly outside The Galaxy at Polaris, adjacent to Solterra’s future home on the second floor above Puttshack. These gatherings offer an early look at the movement, connection, and thoughtful wellness experience Solterra is bringing to Polaris.
