Start your Saturday with movement, recovery, and a little time to reset.

Join Amelia from Solterra Wellness Club for an energizing Power Flow Yoga class designed to build strength, improve mobility, and work up a sweat.

Then transition into a calming 30-minute sound bath with Ryan of Sound Waves, giving your body and mind time to slow down, recover, and fully absorb the benefits of your practice.

You’ll leave feeling stronger, calmer, and more balanced than when you arrived.

Move through an energizing flow focused on strength, mobility, and intentional movement.

8:45–9:15 AM | Sound Bath with Ryan of Sound Waves
Settle in after your practice for 30 minutes of sound, stillness, and recovery.

9:15–10:30 AM | Wellness Experiences + Shopping
After the experience, take your time visiting our wellness partners, where you can explore products, services, and special offerings from local businesses that share our passion for health and well-being.
