Tune In: Uniting the multi-generational workforce

Fri 7 Jun 2024 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM BST Online, Teams

As the world’s population ages, the global workforce is becoming increasingly multi-generational, with up to five generations working side by side. This shift is not without its challenges, causing inter-generational conflicts in the workplace and impacting productivity.

Evidence shows that there are challenges at both ends of the generational spectrum – with younger workers facing difficulties settling into the workforce and older generations feeling marginalised and pushed out.

Join us for an insightful exploration as we 'Tune In' to the voices of the multi-generational workforce, uncovering strategies to improve relationships, enhance communication, and boost productivity.

Our expert speakers will explore:

  • Generational differences in the workplace
  • Practical approaches for enhancing workplace relationships
  • Communication strategies tailored to multi-generational teams
  • Productivity-boosting tactics for diverse workforces
  • Actionable insights for optimising multi-generational teams

About ‘Tune In’:

At Something Big, we create a meaningful difference through our work and the way we do business, on a mission to create fairer, healthier, and happier workplaces. We have long understood the importance of creating inclusive workplaces where employees feel safe to be themselves, do their best work, and thrive. To do this, we need to listen and learn from different communities, and provide a platform for these voices to be heard. We are listening to the stories of underrepresented groups, understanding their needs, and sharing their everyday challenges so we can learn how the workplace can be better for all.
