Everybody has a story. But what makes a story worth telling?

Join storyteller and comedian Amy Walsh for a playful, interactive workshop exploring the art of storytelling. Learn simple techniques for bringing stories to life through character, detail, voice, humour and imagination, before having the chance to share a story of your own.

With a loose theme of Headford, home and belonging, come with a story, a memory, an idea - or make one up!

On Sunday, we’re inviting members of the Headford community to share a story as part of an audio archive celebrating the memories, experiences and voices of our community.

The theme is Headford, home and belonging. Your story could be a favourite memory, a person or place that feels like home, a funny experience, or simply what belonging means to you.

The recording will be audio only and used primarily for archival purposes. With your permission, recordings may also be shared online - nothing will be made public without your consent.

No previous storytelling or performance experience is needed, and the recording is completely free.

Half of the available recording slots will be reserved for participants of the storytelling workshops.

Spaces are limited and advance booking is essential.
