MusicConnects brings its season's theme, In Conversation to Headford, as part of the Something in the Water Festival, with their October concert titled Going Coastal which pairs two cultures of string quartet writing with a contemporary Irish work. Italy's tradition better known for the voice than the bow, in conversation with Portuguese quiet saudade (a deep, melancholic longing).
