PLAYTIME x XMAS // Glasgow 2026

PLAYTIME is a new workshop by SOMEWHERE BETWEEN.

Taught by Gaulier-trained clown and cabaret artist Izzy Stott, PLAYTIME is an accessibly-priced, community-focused drop-in play session.

Suitable for all, experienced performers or total newbies, PLAYTIME offers a safe and supportive environment to explore clown games, exercises, performance technique, number development and collaboration under the facilitation of an experienced clown teacher, without the time/financial pressure of committing to a longer series.

The idea is to have a place to socialise and meet other clowns in the local community - so PLAYTIME will always run in or near a pub for a social drink session afterwards. (If you are staying for a drink, please do buy a pint or enjoy something soft, so that as a collective we can give back to the venue!)

Priced on a pay what you can sliding-scale - choose your price and try to book ahead as places are limited.

* This version of PLAYTIME is a Glasgow Christmas Special - rare opportunity to play in Glasgow! Drinks at WEST brewery after. *

SUNDAY 20th December, 3.30-6.30pm
