spend a slow sunday afternoon in shoreditch making your own moru with somi, while working through a tasting of cynery's new autumn macarons. it's small, unhurried, and a first look at what's next from both of us. bring a date, bring a friend, or book it as a gift for someone special.

The Workshop

you'll build your moru from scratch, give it a face, then pick its clothing and accessories to make it completely your own. no experience needed, sofie guides you through every step.

The tasting

this time, the moru options are inspired by our autumn bakes, so you'll be making and tasting from the same collection. four macarons from cynery's autumn collection, which isn't out yet. we're keeping the flavours a surprise, but think roasted tea, floral honey, something salty-sweet, and a dark chocolate finish. they'll be waiting at your seat, laid out in order, so you can taste your way through while you make. this is a tasting during the session rather than a take-home box.

allergens & dietary requirements

the 4-piece macaron tasting contains almonds, egg, milk and soya and is prepared in a kitchen that also handles nuts.

First looks

somi's new DIY kits will be available to buy on the day, before their wider launch. and the macarons you're tasting are from cynery's upcoming autumn collection, so you'll be one of the first to try them before the box comes out.

the guided workshop lasts around 75 minutes, with extra time built in for tasting and finishing touches.

please arrive 5–10 minutes early so you can settle in.
