Family Sauna Time at Sonder

Step into the warmth together! 

Our gentle family sessions invite families to unwind and experience the calming benefits of sauna and cold plunge surrounded by nature and a safe space for family connection.
In countries like Finland and Germany, children are introduced to sauna from as young as 4 months old – and we’re proud to be encouraging this beautiful wellness tradition here too.
We use a lower, child-friendly heat and a gentle rotation system so little ones can safely enjoy the sauna and ease into the culture at their own pace and there is plenty of time to unwind in the Sonder space overlooking the views during your session. 

For your own peace of mind, those who facilitate family sessions have current DBS checks and updated Safeguarding children training. No young people will be allowed without an adult and no adults will be allowed on the premises during family times without their child/children. 

Please bring appropriate swimwear, two towels per person, snacks for little ones if necessary and plenty of water to drink. Ensure that you check the Terms and Conditions for all information, parking, health and safety waiver (we are on a working farm!) and all your other needs.
