On: Sound & Sufis (sound bath + workshop)

This workshop explores the invoking of cathartic states through a Sufi-inspired breathwork meditation, led by poetry and mediations to open up the heart.

This includes:

• Somatic movement and breathwork
• Dynamic breathing
• Sufi poetry and guided meditation
• An hour long sound bath to ease and nourish the mind
