Sort Ball 2026

Sort Ball was created by Sort Group to bring the industry together, providing networking in an informal setting. Guests will include:  brokers, conveyancers, surveyors and many more industry suppliers. 

Following the success of our first event in Manchester in October 2025, we're pleased to be increasing the ticket numbers by more than double for 2026!

What you need to know:

Sort Ball 2026 - A Night of Decadence, Dazzle, and 1920s Glamour.

Venue: Vaillant Live, 2 Colyear St, Derby DE1 1LA

Dress code: Black Tie/Cocktail Dress.

• Girls Aloud singer, Nadine Coyle - headline performer, post dinner

Pre-ordering more drinks for the evening:

We have a list of drinks you can pre-order and add to your booking, so they are ready on your table for the evening. Please note these are discounted 'event' prices for pre-order only. Bar prices will be higher on the evening of the event. When you click to book your tickets, you can add these at the same time, or opt to add them at a later date.

Evening Timings:

• 18.30 – 19.15 – Drinks Reception
• 19.15 – Guests to be seated for dinner
• 19.25 – 19.45 – Guests seated – Kev & Keith welcome & introduction video
• 19.45 – 22.15 – 3-course dinner service.
• 22.15 – 23.00 - Headline performer: Nadine Coyle from Girls Aloud
• 23.00 – 00.30 – DJ set: AJ Odudu
• 00.00 – Bar closes
• 01.00 – Close/Curfew

Parking

We have secured some reduced-price car parking spaces for the Sort Ball at Derbion Centre Car Park. This is just a 10 minute walk to Vaillant Live. The reduced prices are:

Event Conduct

We are committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for all guests.
Any inappropriate or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated. Security reserves the right to refuse entry to, or escort from the premises, any individual whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate.

Venue Health & Safety

A full risk assessment has been carried out in advance of the event.

The venue has robust measures in place to protect all event guests, including:

• All staff are trained in the Ask for Angela initiative, implemented across the entire venue
• Professional security staff provided by Showsec
• Dedicated venue event staff on duty throughout the event
• Vaillant Live is A.C.T.-accredited and committed to safeguarding guests and staff
