Crochet a net hat workshop 🧶

Where: Strandpaviljoen Timboektoe,  Reyndersweg 1, 1951 LA Velsen-Noord

Join us for a creative & beachy evening of crafting right by the sea! In this workshop, we’ll be slowing down to learn the art of crochet while soaking up the relaxed vibes at Timboektoe (a beach pavilion!). Together, you’ll make your very own trendy, lightweight net hat. It's a great accessory for the upcoming spring, summer, and festival season! :)

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

We will all be working on the same base net hat pattern, an open-stitch design that is stylish, breathable, and definitely an eye-catcher for the beach or your next festival. While we’ll follow the same foundation, you are more than welcome to add your own creative "spice" at the end, topping the hat up with some pendants or beads. In case you don’t finish the hat during the session, you will leave with the skills and the instructions to finish it at home!

Never held a crochet hook before? That's okay! This session is suitable for beginners. I’ll be there to guide you through the process.

FAQ

Do I need any experience? Nope! This workshop is beginner-friendly. We’ll take it slow, and I’ll be right there to help you at your own pace.

What if I don’t finish my hat in time? We have plenty of time, but crochet is a process! If you don’t manage to finish your hat during our time together, don't worry. You’ll head home with the exact skills and instructions you need to finish it off.

How does the color selection work? I’ll bring a beautiful variety of yarn colors for you to choose from so your hat matches your vibes!

What do I need to bring? Just yourself and an open, creative mind! :)

What if I need to cancel? * Full refund if canceled at least 7 days before the workshop.

• Can’t make it? You are welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend, just send me their name.
• The workshop requires at least 4 participants to run. If we don’t reach that number, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to move your booking to a future session.

Class size? To keep the vibe cozy and ensure everyone gets personal attention, I am limiting the group to a small number of participants.
