WE MEET EVERY THURSDAY 

Do you LOVE singing? Does music make you HAPPY? Do you want to meet new people and make new friends?

Come and join our daytime SOUL choir!

They are choirs with a difference! A great opportunity to learn new songs, connect with members of your community, and have some time for YOU!

Singing is great for keeping the brain stimulated, relieve stress, anxiety, reduce isolations and improve your wellbeing and leaves you feeling uplifted! We promise you will leave each week with a big smile on your face!

Who are our daytime choirs for? They are open to everyone but you may relate to one of these…

• Do you work shifts and can’t get to an evening choir?
• Maybe you have a disability and find evening transport tricky or fear of the dark and need daytime activities?
• Are you a parent who cannot leave your children at night but can spare a few hours in the day to be YOU not mum or dad! Bring the kids with you – they are welcome and we have safe musical toys for your babies & tots.
• Are you retired and looking for things to do during the day that will keep you connected in the community and create new friendships?
• Whatever your reason our daytime choirs welcome everyone in the community from age 16+

No fees, no auditions and tickets are FREE but please pre-book so we know you are coming.

No fees, no auditions and tickets are FREE but please pre-book so we know you are coming. If this is the first time you are coming to this choir please ONLY select NEW Member 1st Session ticket option for your first rehearsal.

We cannot wait to meet you and share the songs and love of our BIG Sing family. We sing a mixed repertoire of appealing music from pop, soul, gospel, RnB, Motown as well as original songs of our own and all are inspirational songs to uplift and energise.

We provide the lyrics digitally for you to download and we do not use sheet music. Whether you think you can sing or not, if you love music, and have a passion to sing bring your smile, enthusiasm and let’s have some fun! No experience needed – just give singing a try.

Please invite your friends, neighbours and colleagues to join us, remember all sessions this term are FREE! However we do have costs to cover like venues, PA equipment and the time to record the rehearsals so to ensure we can continue with this choir and our work in the community we have launched a Crowdfunder. If every choir member added a 50p donation to their ticket order each week with 250 choir members we could raise £125 each month, but feel free to donate more as your choirs are FREE and it will go towards keeping this choir going! We really appreciate anything you can afford. Thank you.
