A group distance Reiki session held online, on the eve of October's full moon.

The full moon is a natural moment to let go. Whatever you've been carrying, this is where you release it.

You don't need to do anything except click join, get comfortable, and let yourself receive. I'll hold the space, move the energy, and do the work so you don't have to.

The clocks go back that morning, so you get an extra hour in bed first. 10am GMT.
