The 21st is the longest night of the year. From here, the light starts coming back, a minute or two each day.

It's a natural full stop on the year, and most of us skip straight past it in the run-up to Christmas. This is 90 minutes to actually mark it. We'll open with a short moment of reflection and intention setting: what you're leaving in this year, and what you want more of in the next. Then you'll settle onto a mat under a blanket for a Reiki-infused sound session, with crystal bowls and the Reiki drum doing the work. As your breathing slows and your body softens, your nervous system gets the chance to move out of "on" mode and into proper rest, something December rarely allows.

You'll leave grounded, clear on what you're carrying into the new year, and a little lighter for the week ahead.

No experience needed. Mats and eye masks provided. Bring a blanket, a cushion, water, and a journal for the intention setting. Spaces are kept small for a calm, intimate room.
