SCHEDULE 

Training Dates: January 24 - February 2, 2025

The Training is conducted entirely via Zoom over two consecutive weekends (Friday, Saturday, & Sunday). Presence at all the live sessions in their entirety, active participation in all the activities, and completing the homework for each session is required.

• Friday, January 24th 2:00-5:30 p.m.
• Saturday, January 25th - 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (1.5 hour lunch break)
  
• Sunday, January 26th - 2:00-5:30 p.m.
• Friday, January 31st - 2:00-5:30 p.m.
• Saturday, February 1st - 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (1.5 hour lunch break)
• Sunday, February 2nd - 2:00-5:30 p.m.

Attending all sessions IN FULL is required to receive your Facilitator certificate, so please do not register unless your schedule allows you to attend ALL sessions in their entirety

There will be an online orientation on Sunday, January 19, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. CDT. Attendance at the orientation is strongly encouraged, and the event will be recorded for those who cannot attend.

AGREEMENTS

After registration, we will ask you to complete a SoulCollage® profile in which it will be necessary for you to agree to the following:

Attendance and Participation Agreement: Attendance and participation at ALL SESSIONS of this SoulCollage® Facilitator Training is required to receive a Certificate of Completion. This Training has been condensed as much as possible to make it affordable, so every minute in sessions is essential. Those who are late or do not complete a session, regardless of reason, will not become SoulCollage® Facilitators. They will not receive CE credits or Certificate of Attendance, and cannot receive a Certificate of Completion. No refund will be given.

Video recording: The online Training is recorded in its entirety for the purposes of allowing participants to re-view sessions for a limited time after the Training, training Trainers to work with this new format, and incorporating parts of the Training into other courses or informational presentations, which may include marketing. Your digital image may be captured as part of the Training and we must secure your consent to use any such image. Note this agreement provides that you can still opt out of the group photo by turning off your webcam at the appointed time. Additionally, you may request that we use your profile picture for insertion into the group photo.

Practicing as a SoulCollage® Facilitator: With a Certificate of Completion from this Training and your agreement to adhere to the policies of SoulCollage® Inc, the “Principles of SoulCollage," and the “Privileges and Responsibilities of SoulCollage® Facilitators” you will be granted permission to use the registered trademark "SoulCollage®" and to call yourself a "SoulCollage® Facilitator" There is as yet no training that provides “certification” as a SoulCollage® Facilitator. 

CANCELLATION POLICY - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE REGISTERING

No refund or credit is given for cancellations made on or after the deadline below if you fail to attend, or if you leave the event early, or if you complete only a portion of any session and, therefore, do not receive a Certificate of Completion at the end.

1. Training Tuition Refund Options On or Before the Deadline:  January 10, 2025

• Elect to receive a refund (less $95 processing fee) for your Training fee.
• Contribute your payment toward a scholarship fund that we have established to support the work of the SoulCollage® community. If you have any questions, please email us for more information.

2. Continuing Education Credit or Certification of Attendance

Continuing Education Credits or Certification of Attendance may be purchased separately. Fees for continuing education credits (CEs) or Certificate of Attendance are non-refundable in all circumstances, and cannot be applied to future Trainings regardless of the option you choose, above.
