Fish Boston presents: The Soul Fly Hootenanny

Leave the measuring tape at home.

The Soul Fly Hootenanny presented by Fish Boston ain’t about the biggest fish, the fanciest boat, or who’s got the sexiest cast.

It’s an excuse to blow off a Friday, get on Boston Harbor, and fish with good people before Soul Fly weekend gets weird.

A celebration of Boston water, Boston fish, and the captains who know ’em best.

This is NOT a tournament. But yes, there will be awards. And yes, they’ll probably be ridiculous.

Chase stripers. Catch sea robins. Catch absolutely nothing. We honestly don’t care. We’ll drop a few very Soul Fly-ish competitions before the event.

Then we bring it back to land: Friday night fundraiser at Patagonia Boston, followed by the Soul Fly Throwdown at Cantab Lounge in Cambridge. Both require separate tickets. Hootenanny ticket holders will get a discount code via email.

Never touched saltwater? Perfect.
Been chasing stripers since birth? Also perfect.

No pressure. No ego. Just a damn good day on the water.
