Come and join me for a 4 week baby massage course for mother and baby (suitable from 6 weeks to pre-crawling).

A £60 investment for all 4 weeks (£15 a session).

Let's go through what to expect from this together...

This is a calm, relaxing space that has been created to support new mums to bond with their baby through massage. A time to slow down, breathe and connect. 

You will learn beautiful, simple massage techniques that help to: ease discomfort from wind, promote circulation, encourage better sleep, help digestion and most importantly support bonding through the production of oxytocin (natural love/feel good hormone!). 

This course is baby-led which means at any point if your baby needs feeding, changing, rocking or a break from massage, you are welcome to do so. We follow your baby's cues and there may be times where you need to stop massaging and just watch for a moment, this is absolutely fine as you can practice any strokes you miss later on at home once your baby is calm and settled.

Terms and conditions of booking 

1. Payment and booking: - a non refundable payment in full is required upfront to secure your place in the course. Payment must be made before the start of the class. Once a payment has been received, a confirmation email will be sent. This is for insurance purposes and to confirm your booking. 

2. Cancellations and refunds: -if you need to cancel your place before the course starts, 7 days notice is required for a full refund. If you cancel less than 7 days before the start of the course (except for the day before), a 50 % refund will be issued. No refunds will be given once the course has started, even if you miss a class. Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the instructor. Please contact me directly to discuss. 

3. Missed classes: - If you are unable to attend a class, please inform me as soon as possible. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given for missed classes. If the class is cancelled by the instructor due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness), a makeup class will be provided for that session or a refund will be provided for that session. This will be calculated as cost of full set of classes divided by 4. 

4.Communication: - I will contact you once payment has been received and again one week before the first session with additional details, including directions to the venue, parking information and full contact details. If you have any questions before do not hesitate to contact me on 07739683318. 

5. Liability and safety: - By attending the class, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and accept all responsibility for your own and your baby's safety during the sessions. Please ensure that your baby is in good health and you have received the necessary medical clearance before attending. 

6. Confidentiality: - All personal information will be kept confidential and used only for communication regarding the course. Your data will not be shared with third parties unless required by law. 

7.Instructor's rights:- The instructor reserves the right to refuse entry or participation in the class if necessary (e.g. health and safety concerns). 

8.Class materials:- All course materials provided including handouts or additional resources, are for personal use only and must not be distributed or shared without prior consent from the instructor. 

9.Health conditions: - If you or your baby have any pre-existing health conditions or concerns, please inform me before attending the class. This will help ensure the class is suitable and safe for you both. Please ensure if you or your baby are unwell with a contagious disease leading up to the class start date, to avoid class and to inform the instructor. A baby-safe oil will be provided, reactions are very rare but a patch test will be advised (a small drop on the inside of baby's wrist to leave for 15 minutes) prior to massage. You can choose to bring your own oil or lotion, or you can choose to use nothing at all for massage. Use of oils is the responsibility of the parent or caregiver in attendance.
