RESET. A day to reset with intention.

Join soul mates for a day to form new habits, make connections and learn about ourselves and the world around us. Take time to pause, to reflect and to connect, as we come together in the heart of Bristol. Expect a day of yoga, meditation and journalling along with nature walks, crafts and a delicious lunch together.

How the day will run: 

12:30-1:00pm - Opening meditation & intention setting 

1:00-1:45pm - Yoga led by Hayley (soul mates founder & yoga teacher)

1:45-2:15pm - Plant-based lunch (we'll be providing homemade ramen soups, as well as a number of snacks and hot drinks throughout the day)* 

2:15-3:30pm - Nature walk led by Beth (soul mates attendee & certified dendrophile) 

3:30-5:00pm - Hand painting candles led by Bee (soul mates attendee & craft queen) 

5:00pm - Closing reflections & meditation  

Things to bring:

• Bottle of water
• Reusable hot drinks cup (if you have one)
• Comfortable clothing appropriate for the day (yoga/comfy clothes, waterproof coat, layers, trainers or boots) 
• Backpack to carry anything you'll need 

About soul mates

soul mates brings together women from all walks of life who are looking to connect, learn and share their experiences with others. We meet monthly in Bristol to discuss different topics and themes, often inviting in experts in their field to share their skills in the self-development, wellbeing and holistic health spaces. 

Cost

Regular monthly soul mates meet-ups are and will continue to be, free events as part of my continued commitment to creating a safe space for women. As soul mates evolves, I plan to create more mental health and well-being events such as RESET, and as part of this, there will be a cost to hire space, pay for equipment & provide an experience that I hope you'll get a lot of value from. I'm committed to making any paid-for event as affordable as possible, so the cost of the day retreat will be kept at £32 per person for the day, and there will be an option at the checkout to pay it forward if you’d like to contribute to the cost of a community space which will be available for those who would benefit from a reset day but who wouldn’t otherwise be able to afford it.
