Join us for an urgent and deeply human in-person conversation with Palestinian artists and teachers from Masafer Yatta who continue to defend their village against settler violence, demolitions, and forced displacement.

Our guest speakers are from the Masafer Yatta region in the South Hebron Hills of the West Bank, Palestine. Following the talk, Rev Michael Yoshii will moderate a Q&A session with our guest speakers.

This event will help attendees gain a deeper understanding of the current situation in Masafer Yatta and the harsh realities of living under occupation. Our guest speakers would also like to take this opportunity to fundraise for their community back home.

This event is free however registration is required in advance. Walk-ins will be accepted, if there is space for additional attendees. Walk-in attendees will have to register at the door.

This event is co-sponsored by Soul of My Soul Exhibit, Jewish Voices for Peace Bay Area, Friends of Wadi Foquin, American Muslims for Palestine, Mount Diablo Peace and Justice Center, SURJ Bay Area, and Alameda Family & Friends for Collective Liberation
