This evening retreat is a guided passage through the four elements held on the land, in the body, and the moment.

Each element opens a different doorway within you:

Air , The Wind & The Field

You will walk in the fields of barley.You will slow down enough to listen.

The wind carries messages. Not loudly. Not forcefully. But clearly, if you are willing to receive.

Earth — The Land of the Pictish Stones 

You will stand on ancient ground. Land that has held lives, stories, and memory long before you arrived.
This is not just landscape.It is  presence.
Here, you are invited to connect to 
where you stand, what you carry & what you are rooted in
And to recognise…
You do not walk alone.There are those who have walked before you.Not as something to look back at, but as something that stands with you now the wisdom , the lessons & learnings 

Under the Sacred Oak — The Ancestral Field
Beneath the oak, something deeper opens.
The oak is an elder, A witness across generations, A bridge between what has been and what is becoming.
Here, you are invited to:
Acknowledge the line you come from, honour what has been carried forward, release what no longer needs to continue
Not as healing the past…But as choosing what moves forward through you

The Threshold Arrow Break
The arrow represents the old line.The limit. The story. The hesitation.
And here… you choose:
Do you carry it forward?Or do you break it?
This is not about force.It is about clarity.

Fire — The Walk
Fire does not fix you.Fire reveals you.Fire activates your truth 
The Firewalk is a step into:
Courage, Presence & Expansion
Allow the sacred flame to reveal what is rising within you 

Water — The Sacred Stream
After fire, there is water.
A blessing. A softening. A return to flow.
You will be guided to:

Barley - the natural Medicine
The barley stands tall in July.It does not question its growth. It does not hold back.
It simply becomes what it was meant to be.
Throughout the retreat, the barley becomes a mirror:

Eileen is an Energy and Transformation Coach, Reiki Master, Shamanic Healer and Yoga Teacher. She has dedicated over 30 years to the path of energy and natural healing. A true powerhouse, her presence is magnetic.

She guides deep transformation, energetic expansion and sovereign embodiment, helping clients rise into their purpose with clarity, confidence and inner fire.

She hosts energy retreats worldwide, trains students in all levels of Reiki and holds powerful one to one transformational spaces.

Those who step into her field expand their capacity to receive, lead, love and create lives aligned with their highest truth.

This is not something I studied. It’s something I lived.

My path began in my own recovery facing the patterns that kept me stuck, over and over, until I couldn’t look away anymore.

I learned something simple, but not easy:
If you don’t face it, it won’t leave.
If you don’t change, nothing changes.

Firewalking became a turning point. Not a performance. Not a spectacle. A practice of meeting fear directly and moving through it with awareness, with choice.

I trained with the Sundoor School of Firewalking, becoming a Firewalk Instructor, then a Sundoor Master. Now, I continue into Sakahan.
This work is rooted in responsibility. In presence. In real, lived change and held in the frequency of love.
