Dance of Unity
About
Come and join Paul for Dance of Unity. Inspired by Biodanza (the therapeutic ‘dance of life’), Dance of Unity will also be freestyle and expressive each in our own way, - playful, vital, soulful, deep and heart-opening and can make us feel more alive, reconnecting us with ourselves and others. It also reconnects us to real joy – something that seems to be in short supply these days.
There are no steps to learn and no need to be 'able' to dance.
You will be sensitively led thorough a series of individual, pair and group exercises to carefully selected music that foster connection and unity with ourselves and others. Everything is an invitation.
Beginners and all abilities welcome. I look forward to your presence on the dancefloor!

"Thank you so much for sharing your new found 'soul passion' that is Dance of Unity, with us all yesterday!
I enjoyed it enormously and benefited greatly.
It helped me of course that I knew all but one of the participants and that I have the deepest trust in you, so felt very safe to let myself in to it.
It was a challenge for me at first, not to talk at all but I very soon understood the reasons why and felt the benefit of cutting out the social chatter / the mind chatter as it would have distracted and blocked the innermost soul bonding!
I had wonderful experiences particularly in the pair exercises and became emotional in a benefitting way. It felt like we looked straight into each other's souls, ordinarily not possible. ( Even and especially with the person. I didn't know!!) I can only describe the emotions as innermost, heartfelt bonding with another human being's soul.
Much love was flowing.
I also loved the playfulness and joyfulness of the dances , having carefree fun.
Human physical touch is something that I find so important for my wellbeing and I feel there is such a lack of it in our society, it is so hard to find"
