She trained with ANSU Scotland in 2017 and went on to complete the Sound Healing Academy's year long diploma courses in working with both groups and 1 to 1 clients. Now, she teaches Sound Healing Academy training courses and tutors online students. 

She is a also Certified Transformational Breath® Facilitator and has been practising since 2008. Over the years she has worked with hundreds of clients in both workshop settings, 1 to1 sessions and has helped at training courses all over Europe. She was previously severely affected by ME/CFS and is very grateful to the breath for her recovery. She now runs sound and breath workshops in Central Scotland.
