Join us for an intimate evening of crystal sound healing and NADA ear acupuncture, held in a beautiful residential home in Waterloo overlooking the forest. 🌲✨

🌿 EAR ACUPUNCTURE + NADA

During the sound bath, you’ll receive gentle ear acupuncture using the NADA protocol — a standardized five-point ear acupuncture treatment traditionally used to support calm, relaxation, stress reduction and emotional regulation.

The protocol uses a small number of fine, sterile needles placed in specific points on each ear, followed by quiet rest. The NADA approach is particularly suited to a group setting, where you can simply settle in, breathe and allow yourself to be supported.

For this evening, the acupuncture is an opportunity to physically and emotionally support the process of letting go — while the sound bath creates a deeply restful space to pause, settle and receive.

Rachelle Wheatley is a classically trained musician and sound bath practitioner who works with planetary-tuned crystal singing bowls, creating immersive sound experiences designed to invite deep relaxation and stillness.

Tara Akuna, R.Ac. is a Registered Acupuncturist with over 14 years of experience, offering acupuncture to support the body’s natural ability to restore balance, regulate and heal. Tara will be providing the NADA ear acupuncture portion of the evening.

Together, Rachelle and Tara will create a gentle space for you to slow down, let go and unburden yourself as you transition into the fall season. 🍂
