A 25-Hour Day for a New Perspective

📅 Sunday, November 1 | 4:30 PM
📍 The Yurt KW — 508 Duke St. W, Kitchener
⏳ 60 minutes
💚 Only 6 spaces available

Once a year, the clocks turn back, gifting us an extra hour — a unique 25-hour day.

As time shifts and the seasons change, we're invited to ask:

What if the way you're seeing things isn't the only way to see them?

Sometimes we feel stuck, seeing the same challenges and limitations. But what if a different perspective could reveal possibilities that were there all along?

This is your invitation to free your mind.

To quiet the noise.
To loosen old ways of thinking.
To see things in a new light.

🌿 THE EXPERIENCE

Settle into 60 minutes of deep relaxation, combining immersive sound and gentle acupuncture to quiet the mind and invite a fresh perspective.

🎶 Planetary-Tuned Crystal Singing Bowls

Allow the soothing vibrations of the crystal bowls to wash over you, inviting deep relaxation, stillness, and a chance to step away from the noise of everyday life.

✨ Si Shen Cong Head Acupuncture — Awaken Your Inner Vision

Sometimes described as "waking up the sleeping spirit," Si Shen Cong is a traditional set of four acupuncture points located at the crown of the head.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, these points are associated with calming the mind, clearing mental fog, and awakening clarity and awareness.

They beautifully reflect the intention of our gathering: to move beyond familiar patterns of thinking and reconnect with our inner wisdom and the possibilities we may not have seen before.

No need to figure everything out.
No need to find the answers.
Just an invitation to quiet the noise and see what becomes possible.

✨ YOUR PRACTITIONERS

Rachelle Wheatley is a classically trained musician and sound bath practitioner who works with planetary-tuned crystal singing bowls, creating immersive sound experiences designed to invite deep relaxation and stillness.

Tara Akuna, R.Ac. is a Registered Acupuncturist with over 14 years of experience, offering gentle acupuncture to support the body's natural ability to restore balance and regulate. Tara will be providing the Si Shen Cong head acupuncture portion of the experience.
