About the event

This year, Sound Connections and the South Riverside Music Partnership (SRMP) have been working together to deliver a training and mentoring programme for music teachers and leaders in Lambeth, Lewisham, Royal Greenwich and Southwark. This series is made possible thanks to funding from the SCOPS Arts Trust.

Join us on 1 July for a networking event to celebrate the first year of the programme, and to look ahead to next year’s opportunities.

We will hear from teachers and practitioners on different perspectives of inclusive practice in music.

Stay with us after the panel discussion for drinks, and the chance to chat to other music leaders and educators, as we start to wind down towards the summer holidays.

Who is this for?

This session is open to all music educators working in the boroughs of Lambeth, Lewisham, Royal Greenwich and Southwark including:

• instrumental and vocal teachers

• primary, secondary and SEND teachers with a responsibility for music

• workshop leaders

• community musicians
