Hello beautiful soul,

I’m delighted to invite you to our monthly Sound Bath in Puerto Pollença, a nourishing moment held every first Wednesday of the month.
It’s an hour created just for you — to unwind, realign, and reconnect with your own inner peace through sound.

We meet in a calm and welcoming room offered by the local church, a space that feels soft, safe, and perfect for deep rest. I’m truly grateful for their generosity in opening the doors to us.

Come just as you are.
Bring your yoga mat, and if you wish, a pillow or blanket for extra comfort. If you don’t have a mat, simply send me a message — I’m happy to check if I still have one available for you.

During our session, you’ll be surrounded by the gentle vibrations of crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, chimes, rain maker, and other beautiful instruments. Some bowls may even be placed softly on the body to support deep relaxation and a sense of inner abundance.

Let the sounds carry you, soothe you, and remind you that you are pure vibration.

Me hace mucha ilusión invitarte a nuestro Baño de Sonido mensual en Puerto Pollença, un espacio nutritivo que celebramos cada primer miércoles del mes.
Es una hora pensada para ti — para relajarte, realinearte y reconectar con tu calma a través del poder del sonido.

Nos reunimos en una sala tranquila y acogedora que la iglesia local nos ofrece con cariño, un lugar perfecto para descansar y sentirse en casa. Estoy muy agradecida por la generosidad de abrirnos sus puertas.

Ven tal como eres.
Trae tu esterilla de yoga y, si quieres más confort, una manta o almohada. Si no tienes esterilla, envíame un mensaje y con gusto miraré si todavía tengo alguna disponible para ti.

Durante la sesión te envolverán las suaves vibraciones de cuencos de cristal, cuencos tibetanos, gong, carrillones, palo de lluvia y otros instrumentos. Algunos cuencos podrán colocarse suavemente sobre el cuerpo para profundizar la relajación y la sensación de abundancia interna.

Déjate llevar por los sonidos, déjate sostener, y recuerda que tú eres vibración.
