Nutcracker Children's Auditions | Columbia • SC

South Carolina Ballet invites young dancers to audition for children’s roles in our professional production of Nutcracker, performing at the Koger Center for the Arts on December 12, 13, 19, and 20.

This is a special opportunity for young dancers to share the stage with South Carolina Ballet’s professional company in a full-scale holiday production beloved by audiences across South Carolina.

2:00 PM–3:30 PM | Ages 7–10

Audition Fee
Pre-Registration: $20
Day-Of Registration: $25, cash or check only

Checks should be made out to South Carolina Ballet.

Rehearsals & Performances
All rehearsals are mandatory. Missing a rehearsal for any reason may result in removal from the production. Please confirm your child’s availability for all dates before auditioning.

Dress Code
Girls: Black leotard, pink tights, hair in a slick bun, light makeup including lip and cheek color and light eyeshadow.

Boys: White leotard or plain white t-shirt, black tights and black shoes, or black tights with white socks and white shoes.
