Welcome to the Grow Your Non Profit - Education and Mentorship Cohort, hosted in partnership by the Southern Gulf Islands Community Resource Centre and the Salt Spring Island Foundation.

These workshops provide practical, accessible training for non profit board members, staff, and volunteers to strengthen how organizations are governed, managed, and sustained. Participants will gain clear tools and real-world strategies in board governance, financial management, staffing and volunteer engagement, and succession planning. Each session is designed to build confidence, improve decision-making, and support stronger, more resilient community organizations. This series includes four online zoom workshops and five in-person cohort sessions. Due to limited space, we can only accept 1 registrant per organization.

We look forward to welcoming you in Grow Your Non Profit!
