We want to share a beer with you! Join Head Brewer, Adam and Brewery Owner, Sam for an afternoon of beer tasting and beer chats. What these two don't know about beer and brewing ain't worth knowing!

The Southey Gyle Party, now in it's third year!

Whats a Gyle, I hear you cry! Well, a Parti-Gyle is the name given to a traditional technique primarily used in brewhouses in the UK. Multiple beers are able to be brewed from a single batch of ingredients. It's something thats practised around the UK from small micro breweries to the big guys - Fuller's do this with their London Pride and ESB.

We are aiming for twelve beers from one batch! Same beer, same day, 12 distinctly different outcomes. And this year we're riffing on our flagship beer, Lazy Jesus!

Join us over the weekend to try some exciting, exclusive beers and learn all about the process and life behind the scenes here at Southey.

Tickets cost £20 (+ booking fee). This includes a taste of each beer we have brewed for the Gyle Party - at least 10, a chat from the brewers about how they brewed each one and time for a Q&A! The beer tasting will last approximately 1.5-2 hours.
