Dumplings. They're small, but worth celebrating. As champions of these humble but masterfully made morsels, Southside Restaurant in collaboration with BrisAsia Festival is proud to bring you Southside Dumpling Festival on Sunday, 4 February 2024.
For one glorious day, Fish Lane Town Square and Southside's outdoor areas will be transformed into a food festival to delight your taste buds, with guests exploring a huge selection of bite sized snacks.
Southside Dumpling Festival celebrates our favourite parcels of flavourful joy, from Har Gow to Gyoza, with an extensive menu of classics alongside signature Southside dishes including the Lobster & Chive Har Gow with Smoked Salmon Caviar and our Wagyu Xiao Long Bao with Madeira & Pickled Ginger. We'll also have a smattering of Dim Sum favourites available (including our sought after Truffle Prawn Toast!).
Guests receive a tasting steamer upon arrival to begin their dining journey, with three of our signature dumplings:
Prawn & Truffle Har Gow
Chicken Siu Mai, Shiitake Mushroom, Black Garlic
Peking Duck & Bamboo Shoot Dumpling, Smoked Hoi Sin
In order to ensure the best experience for guests on the day, tickets are available for entry from 10am, 12pm and 2pm. We ask that guests arrive at their ticket time (as purchased), however if you're running late (or arriving early) please join us at your convenience. Entry time is not strict, and you can stay as long as you like.

Ticket price: $25 (inclusive of 3 dumpling tasting steamer upon arrival)
Please note. We can cater to GF, DF & Vegan dietary requests. Please notify us of this when booking your ticket. Due to the scale and outdoor nature of this event we cannot cater to other dietary requirements.
