This three hour workshop is an opportunity to pause, reflect, and gain tools for managing anxiety, stress, and burnout. It’s not just about calming the mind in the moment, it’s about understanding the patterns and triggers that shape your responses, reframing unhelpful influences, and creating a more resilient mindset for the future. 

Structure:

1. Welcome and Setting Intentions

• A brief introduction to my personal journey with anxiety and the purpose of the session.

• Establishing a safe, supportive space for exploration and growth.

2. Grounding Relaxation Exercise

• A guided relaxation exercise to help participants settle into the space.

• Focus on calming the body, grounding the mind, and preparing for the work ahead.

3. Understanding Anxiety and Your Subconscious Mind

• A clear explanation of how anxiety affects the mind and body.

• Insights into how subconscious patterns influence your triggers and responses.

4. Interactive Exploration: Recognising Triggers and Patterns

• Guided exercises to identify personal triggers and recurring thought patterns.

• Group discussion to share insights and learn from others in a supportive environment.

5. Practical Tools for Calm and Confidence

• Introduction to simple, actionable techniques for calming the nervous system.

• Strategies for pausing anxiety in the moment and building mental resilience over time.

6. Relaxing Group Hypnotherapy Session

• A guided hypnotherapy session to help participants explore their subconscious, release tension, and reframe past influences.

• Visualisation exercises to solidify new pathways for calm, confidence, and resilience.

7. Closing Reflection and Next Steps

• A moment to reflect on personal takeaways and set intentions for moving forward.

• Suggestions for continuing the journey of self-discovery and resilience building.

About Kimberly:

I’ve been where you are… gripped by anxiety, overwhelmed by stress, and unsure of how to move forward. For years, I lived in the cycle of fear and panic until I discovered the tools to break free. My journey taught me that our minds are not our enemies, they are powerful allies once we learn to understand and reframe the patterns that hold us back.

As a hypnotherapist, I use my personal experience and professional skills to help others explore their subconscious, uncover the root causes of their anxiety, and build resilience for the future. My workshops provide a safe, supportive space where participants can relax, reflect, and learn practical tools to feel calmer, more confident, and prepared to face life’s challenges.
