Bedgebury Christmas Lights Trip 2024

Kick off your festive season with a magical evening at Bedgebury Christmas Lights on 5th December 2024. Enjoy an after-dark trail of over a million twinkling lights and seasonal sounds that will fill the air with festive fun. Make memories as you discover sparkling tunnels of light, and catch a glimpse of stars as you walk under giant baubles and beneath glistening trees drenched in jewel-like colours.

This year our popular event will be staggered and you have the choice of several time slots:  6.15pm, 6.30pm and 6.45m. Please be aware that coach tickets are only available for 6.15pm entry.

We have booked a certain number of parking spaces reserved at Bedgebury for people who wish to drive themselves but this year we again have a free coach leaving Vinters Road Coach Park in Maidstone at 4.45pm stopping to pick up in Longmead Stadium in Tonbridge at 5.30pm to arrive in time for 6.15pm entry. 

The coach will leave at 7.45 pm to make the return journey back to Tonbridge then Maidstone so please be aware that return to Maidstone could be close to 8.45/9.00pm, depending on traffic.

The cost per child or young adult member is £11 per person, one free carer per person with needs.  Siblings are welcome (£11) as are additional adults (£15).  Concession rates are available for those on income-related benefits – proof will be required. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT FOR DLA, WE HAVE MADE THIS AS CHEAP AS POSSIBLE FOR ALL - IT IS FOR INCOME RELATED BENEFITS SUCH AS UNIVERSAL CREDIT.

 Please ensure that you have booked a parent/carer/adult tickets - all children must be accompanied and you must book this when you book your children's tickets.  Spaces are extremely limited – first come first served. Space 2 Be Me Members Only – not extended family members or friends.
Once tickets sell out, please join the waiting list as we do get cancellations!

Please note that the tickets you are purchasing are strictly non transferable but if you let us know as soon as possible we may be able to allocate them to someone from our waiting list. Refunds after the booking deadline therefore cannot be guaranteed but if we manage to pass them on to another family we will refund. So, please let us know if you can no longer make it as someone may be able to use those spaces. Please contact if you cant make it as soon as possible, even if it is on the day!

The price includes either a space on our coach for the 6.15pm slot from Maidstone/Tonbridge (first come first serve) or a parking space per group booking for the 6.30 or 6.45 slot - please make sure you book either parking or coach travel when completing your booking unless you have arranged with someone else that you will travel with them and they have booked a parking space.   There are no Blue Badge parking spaces available. We have a limited number of tickets available for people driving themselves on the 6.15pm slot and we may release more if the coach is not popular as last year! We have made a space on the booking form for you to request to move to the earlier spot if spaces become available.

If you are not yet a member or need to renew for 2024-25, please contact us on info@space2beme.org.uk or sign up/renew via our website - membership costs just £10 per year and is open to all families with additional needs in West Kent. You can book tickets and update membership at the same time.
