Emotional Regulation & Neurodivergence Workshop
Who is this training for?
This workshop is designed for parents and carers of neurodivergent children aged 5–11. It is most suitable for children who use spoken language or have an established communication system. A formal diagnosis is not required to attend.
This workshop is designed as a supportive space for parents and carers. It is not intended for professionals. If you're a professional looking for training, we offer bespoke sessions — please contact support@space2beme.org.uk for more details.
How will the training be delivered?
This will be an interactive, in-person workshop for parents and carers. Attendees will sit in small groups (approximately 5-6 people) and take part in group discussions and activities. There will also be optional opportunities to join in whole-group conversations.
We expect up to 25 participants for this session, which will be led by our two Family Support Officers, Leighanne and Helen. The session will include a presentation, as well as guided discussions. While we’ll touch on some theoretical concepts, the information will be shared in a clear, accessible way.
